What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment.

If you fail to show up for your appointment, you may be charged a fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment.

Where do I park?

For your convenience, there is a parking lot behind the salon. Please do not park in the Residential reserved spots. If there are no available parking spots in the lot, we recommend parking across Metairie Rd on Fagot Ave or Metairie Ct.

What if I am running late?

In the event that you think you may be delayed, please contact us as soon as possible. We allow a 15-minute grace period for all appointments.

If you show up more than 15 min late, we can offer you a shortened service or we can reschedule you for your full service at another date and time. This will be determined at the front desk/stylist’s discretion based on appointments scheduled that day/hour.

Can I bring my kids to my appointment?

We kindly ask that children are not present during services. Plus, you need “you time!”
